Natalie & Sam booked me to photograph their wedding at Rivervale Barn. A family owned wedding venue in Hampshire, beautifully constructed, perfectly designed with weddings in mind. Rivervale Barn is staffed by the most caring and passionate wedding experts and offer you everything you need for your wedding day. It really is a beautiful venue and you’ll be able to create memories that will last a lifetime.
This was my first time back at Rivervale Barn, having been the last venue I photographed in March 2020 before the pandemic hit. I didn't know it was going to be my last wedding of 2020 at the time, but it really was nice to be back.
I entered the Pamper Room to find a very calm and relaxed Natalie and her bridal party getting ready for their big day. The Pamper Room is beautiful, but we were a bit tight on space, so decided to go off and do some detail shots before we moved over into the main suite to do some bridal portraits.
The Ceremony was beautiful and Rivervale Barn has some stunning light coming in from the windowed doors at the back of the ceremony room, which makes it an absolute breeze to photograph. Natalie smiled as she walked down the aisle towards Sam.
Following the ceremony, we moved into our confetti shot, followed by family portraits and photos of the happy couple, before they sat down for their wedding breakfast.
During the wedding breakfast, guests were entertained by some singing waiters, who I have to say were absolutely fantastic and got the whole room up and dancing around. Cake cutting and first dance followed
I absolutely loved photographing this wedding and hope you enjoy a few of the photos from the day below.
