Wedding, Engagement, Portrait & Family Photographer
Being a Dad to 3 children and watching them grow and develop, brings so much joy to my life.
Hi, I'm James, an award winning, full time, professional photographer based in Bracknell, Berkshire and I specialise in wedding photography. I mainly cover the Home Counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and Sussex, but can cover other UK and destination weddings across Europe.
I absolutely love being a wedding photographer and I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing couples over the years. I've often been told at the end of wedding that I've felt like one of the family by the time I've left, which is really how I approach my relationships with couples. These relationships with couples, their family and friends on a wedding day are massively important to me, as this personal connection with people, combined with the creative element of my wedding photography, all contribute to the overall satisfaction I get personally from doing what I do for a living.
I originally grew up in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead and now live in Bracknell, Berkshire with my wonderful wife Kate and my 3 beautiful children. (Pictured below), Ben, Poppy & Teddy. My wife Kate, really is my best friend and being a Dad to 3 children and watching them grow and develop, brings so much joy to my life. My daughter Poppy is probably the biggest animal lover will ever meet. We currently have 2 beautiful cats (Bob & Bella) and 2 gorgeous rabbits. (Oreo & Ginger)
My friends and family would describe me as a people person. I like to think that I'm fun and enjoyable to be around and developing close relationships are important to me.
I'm a music lover and enjoy going to gigs and concerts, which originates from my time playing guitar in a local band. That part of my life seems like a distant memory now and even though I don't have as much time to play anymore, I do still occasionally dust off my old acoustic and crack out a few tunes.
I love my football and have followed the mighty Reading up and down the country since I attended my first match back in 1998, I've been told recently by friends that supporting Reading makes me an endangered species. Yeah, I don't get it either.
Anyway, that's enough about me. Hopefully, this gives you a little more insight into who I am.
I hope you like my pictures and I look forward to speaking with you soon about your wedding day and personal wedding photography vision soon.
