Hello and many congratulations on your engagement. I'm James, a multi award winning, full time, professional photographer that covers the Oxford area in Oxfordshire and I specialise in wedding, engagement and family photography.
Approach to your Wedding Day

Wedding photography is not just about taking great pictures. It's about visually telling the story of your wedding day, which I do through the pictures I take of you and your family and friends.
My approach as a wedding photographer is simple. I capture natural, relaxed, genuine moments, whilst being discreet and unobtrusive. Most importantly... I promise not to make you say 'Cheese'.
Composition, light and real moments are the main ingredients I use to create dramatic and stunning images. I won't pose you, I'll guide you, by using your own chemistry with each other. The results are natural looking images, totally unique to you and your wedding day.
About James
I find the best photos happen in those natural moments between poses, when you're just being yourself and have forgotten about the camera.
I live in Bracknell, Berkshire with my wife and 3 children and I absolutely love being a full time wedding photographer. I genuinely love being a wedding photographer and I've had the pleasure of working with some amazing couples over the years. I've often been referred to as "part of the family" at the end of the wedding, which is really how I approach my relationships with my couples and their family and friends, so you can count on me to be approachable and friendly throughout the day. My family and friends would describe me as a people person. Someone who is fun and enjoyable to be around, with bundles of energy.

There are many landmarks in life and your wedding day is no exception. I take immense pride in producing images from your wedding day that you can look back on and treasure for a lifetime. This pride and dedication has really paid off in recent years and I am delighted to be able to share with you some of my most recent accolades.
2020 was an amazing year for me, despite the challenges thrown at the wedding industry during the pandemic. I was a shortlisted finalist for 3 awards with Hitched, Lux Life and the European Enterprise Awards and came away victorious in 2.
Lux Life Magazine awarded me with "Most Creative Wedding Photographer" (Home Counties) at the Global Wedding Awards and at the European Enterprise Awards, I was awarded "Best Wedding Photographer South East England".
In 2021, Lux Life awarded me with another award of "Most Trusted Wedding Photographer (Berkshire) at their Global Excellence Awards, for my dedication and commitment in helping my couples during the pandemic.
My wedding photography journey has been incredible and I really do appreciate how lucky I am to be doing something I love.
